MY STORY


Hi, I’m Lola Faura, and I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel to break into the world of professional advertising food & drink styling. When I first discovered this career, I was instantly hooked by it but I also knew I needed to learn from the best to stand a chance. That’s why, after becoming a certified chef and pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu, I moved all the way to Sydney to assist some of the world’s top Food & Drink Stylists. This job has become my absolute obsession over the years—I’ve enrolled in every online and in-person course I could find, tested endlessly, and refined every technique until I truly mastered it.

 

From Sydney, and later, due to Covid, my journey took me to London, where I worked for some of the biggest brands in the industry, including Coca-Cola, Starbucks, KFC, McDonald’s, Subway, Baileys, Ben & Jerry’s, Domino’s, and many more, learning exactly how each client wanted their product styled and tweaked on set. Those years taught me how to build a portfolio that clients love, how to adapt to different sets and conditions, and how to thrive under fast-paced, high-pressure shoot environments.
